Where do I start, firstly I had contacted 3 agencies to come and give us a appraisal to sell our home (Benchmark National were not part of the 3 agencies I had contacted), I had liked an agent but didn't commit. I was talking to a neighbour of mine and I told him I'm looking at selling, he asked me who I had contacted which I told him and when he heard I hadn't contacted Benchmark National he strongly advised me to contact them and give them the opportunity to come in for an appraisal as well, which we did. Had Anna and Renee come and take a look at our home then we sat down and discussed things, my wife was that impressed (which I could see and I was too, being an old Real Estate agent I knew what to ask and look out for), 3/4 of the way through our discussion I actually asked Anna and Renee if it was ok for me to go aside and have a private talk with my wife. Chris Tripodina (Benchmark Moorebank) provided an honest assessment of the property value, target market and delivered on what was promised. Selling a property can be a stressful and emotional time and, in my case, it was further complicated because I was selling the home my parents built and had to ensure my mother (aged 86) and my brother were fully involved in the process and decision making. Chris made life easy for me by detailing in writing what Benchmark National Moorebank would do, when it would be done and who would be responsible for it. He then followed this up with clear and timely communication so that I could ensure all involved knew exactly what was occurring. Chris’s assessment, and focus on the agreed target market, resulted in the property being sold within two weeks of being listed on the market. The price achieved was at the higher end of the range Benchmark and two other Real Estates initially advised us. In reviewing the offers of various Real Estates I had concerns that Benchmark would not be the best option given they are located outside of the area where the house is, however Chris and the team lived up to their great reputation and delivered on what was promised. During the sale period I also learnt about the wonderful community work Benchmark National Moorebank do and for this they should also be commended.

My son gets the bus to go to school infront of this realestate business and today it was raining heavily.
