Chris was super helpful during the sale of our property. He was very professional and always helpful with any queries that I had. He was always available when I needed information and quick to respond when I missed him. Chris made the stressful task of selling our property a lot easier then we initially expected.
Chris gave us realistic expectations right from the start and some great advice. He was super flexible with our busy work hours and bent over backwards to be accommodating to our cats during the open house inspections.
Once the sale was finalised he continued to help us by giving us advice on our next property and how to go about getting the services sorted out. Chris has continued to give us a great Benchmark experience and I am very happy with the service provided.

My father recently sold his property in Moorebank. He listed his property with Benchmark Moorebank real estate for a number of reasons… location; and he had previously experienced great service from the team at Benchmark Moorebank when he purchased the property he was now selling. But I think what persuaded him the most was his initial dealings with their Sales Consultant Christopher Tripodina. Luckily he made that right choice.
I met Christopher very early when the house was first listed for sale. Christopher immediately impressed me in so many ways. He was always very professional, and easily built a relationship with my dad and worked for him, to get the best results, and the result my father wanted. However this just wasn’t a sale or transaction for Chris, the level of service Christopher carried out went way beyond that.
My father being elderly, and on his own was obviously quite anxious and apprehensive about the sale and move. The house was sold very quickly and the price exceeded the amount my father wanted. It was a great result.
But where you would generally expect (and from my personal experience) things to end in the client/ agent relationship, once a purchaser had been found and secured, it didn’t. Chris maintained the relationship with my father right up to settlement, ensuring there were no hiccups or problems that would stop settlement and the move. He assisted my dad to get rid of whitegoods, and furniture items that he couldn’t do on his own, and which could have prevented settlement. Along the way he checked on dad regularly and made sure he was informed, ready and prepared. He truly cared! And I’m sure this wasn’t a one off for Christopher.
The team at Benchmark Moorebank and in particular Christopher made the experience with the sale and move so much easier. Hats off to you all! Christopher was always, friendly, professional, caring, knowledgeable and informative, enthusiastic, extremely helpful and empathetic. Christopher you were incredible and have certainly set a very high benchmark! Can’t thank you enough for everything you did and the exceptional service my dad received.
