It was a tough real estate market, interest rate rises made it difficult, it was hard for us to grasp and take in what the market has done to our expectations, however, you guys managed to get us the “16’ figure, for which we are forever grateful for, and the short settlement made it sweeter.
We perhaps can’t comprehend what you guys do behind the confines of your office, though, as mentioned by Vince, Anna, you must have spent hours on that phone trying to get the buyer, to get their offers higher, to ultimately get the sale. We are truly grateful for your work, persistence, and satisfying outcome. Great work by Anna and your team.
The sale has given us that spring in our step, we’re excited to be packing and moving furniture this weekend.

“ Purchasing a house, especially if it is a first home in this very competitive market can be an extremely emotional one. We have been actively trying for a couple of months dealing with different agencies for a while now but unfortunately were not successful till now.
