We perhaps can’t comprehend what you guys do behind the confines of your office, though, as mentioned by Vince, Anna, you must have spent hours on that phone trying to get the buyer, to get their offers higher, to ultimately get the sale. “ Purchasing a house, especially if it is a first home in this very competitive market can be an extremely emotional one. We have been actively trying for a couple of months dealing with different agencies for a while now but unfortunately were not successful till now.
